Sophie Brorson’s participation at the 2012 Junior National Curling Championships represented the final appearance as a Junior Curler.  We would like to recognize Sophie’s accomplishments during her Junior Curling career and representing the Duluth Curling Club.  While a Junior Curler, Sophie won four Minnesota State Junior Championships and one Wisconsin State Junior Championship.  She attended the Junior National Championships six times and came home with two Bronze Medals, one Silver Medal, and three Gold Medals. In three World Championships she finished in fifth place twice and received the Bronze Medal in Flims, Switzerland in 2010.  Congratulations on a wonderful Junior Curling Career and good luck as you move full-time to the next level of curling.
